Confidence and how to find it

Postby Luna Jade » Sat Apr 09, 2016 9:57 pm

hey guys, I am thinking about writing some posts on my new blog about confidence. I wanted to do a weekly pick where I choose an entry to post on my blog. I would go out and ask people in person but that would require confidence of my own! Which I guess, is exactly why I want to start these types of posts. My hope is that is will help others to realise that they're not alone in having low self esteem/ confidence and to possibly even share tips on how we all pick ourselves up.

All I want to ask you all is

[ ] Female
[ ] Male

[ ] Up to 18 years old
[ ] 18-29 years old
[ ] 30 upwards years old

This just simply helps me to categorise my responses, and who knows, it may even show a pattern in types of responses which I also would like to write about on my blog.

Then for you to answer these three questions;

1. Where would you rate your self confidence on a scale of 1-10? (10 being super confident)

2. What or who makes you feel better about yourself? (If you could avoid beauty or fashion related things, this would be great)

3. Everyone has their personal quote or mantra that helps them get up every day, what's yours? (For example, 'I don't owe anyone "pretty" '

Please don't leave any nasty or negative feedback, I just want to try and make an impact, even if it's a small one.

I will greatly appreciate any responses!

If you want to make an impact using a blog;

-1- Establish how you want to help others (which you already have).

-2- Research your competition. See which 5 articles have generated the most shares/likes.

-3- Write your own version of each article, putting your unique view and making it fresh.

-4- Publish one article every X weeks on your blog while writing new material.

-5- Use google analytics to determine m/f and age of your readers.

I appreciate your advice but I've been writing a blog for three years now. I just simply wanted some simple answers from a few honest people, that's all

This forum doesn't have the activity you need to obtain a viable sample, that's all. Use survey monkey.

Thanks, Richard! I appreciate your tips. I write a self improvement blog and do short YouTube presentations, too, and I'm early in the learning curve. Your insights, especially 2 & 3, will help me going forward.
