It is nice to be in a community where everyone is supportive and people can help each other get over problems that we all face from time to time. I was interested to know the age range and gender of people who are seeking help from this website? I am interested because I think that the way we discover techniques to suppress the feelings of anxiety and fear while public speaking very much depends on your age and gender.
