Meditation for PAWS

People like me? LOL! You mean people that actually know how to RESEARCH?

Even if I saw it with my own eyes? NOBODY has EVER seen it with their own eyes! ZERO PROOF OF ANY "CURVATURE". Go get a good camera or telescope and plug in the actual numbers and see for yourself! LOL!

Oh the Flat Earth Society? You mean CONTROLLED OPPOSITION? Damn, you really are mentally incapable of thinking critically and seeing through the bs shilling. Shame, but it's cool because most of the sheeple are like that.

Umm, the boat disappearing? LOL! That's been disproven so many times.... just ZOOM in! What's the world record for the farthest photo? Wouldn't that be physically impossible on a "curved" earth? lol

GPS= ground based triangulation that's been around forever. You can see a "sphere" through a telescope? REALLY??? Wow, you must be the first, because they sure look round and flat to everyone else.

Now do yourself a favour a look up all the "photos" of earth from "outer space" and compare them! LOL Notice any differences? Even the photoshopper admitted that they HAD to be photoshopped.

Nasa....$60m/day.... for showing you fake CGI pictures and "space walk" videos.... if you can't see the trickery/fakery, then keep on bobbling that pea sized brain of yours.

I’m sure there are plenty of forums out there on the interweb to debate conspiracy theories and facts. I don’t believe this forum is appropriate though.

I have found meditation useful for diminishing PAWS when used in conjunction with proper diet, good hydration, exercise and other mindfulness techniques. Meditation is one tool in the toolbox for the fight against withdrawal symptoms. A simplified way to practice meditation is to think about one simple thing, internal or external, and concentrating all thoughts on that one item and not think about anything else in the universe.

Presently I’m at just over 10 months into my freedom, and finding the best way to deal with PAWS is to concentrate on all the benefits of not using.

Scientism. Look it up, that's you. Typical brainwashed that can't come back with anything of substance but insults. I know the truth hurts, and I know you can't tell but you're DEFINITELY not educated. There is something very unsettling about learning that you've been deceived and everything that you THOUGHT you knew as facts, were actually lies. You'll be okay, just give it time. Perhaps when you bend over for the upcoming vaccine, because your government cares about you.

Meditation is helpful. Think of it like a balm more than anything. Can help you calm down and be more alert and even energized, for awhile. Then you need to meditate again as it's effects wear off.

Real simple meditation practice: Lie down and close your eyes. Deep Slow Inhale, Deep Slow Exhale, Repeat 3 times. After that, just breath and observe your breath. Try to just watch it. Thoughts may drift in, eveytime you notice a thought, try and come back to your breath.

Think of each time you come back to your breath as a "Rep". The more time you are able to reign in your anxious thoughts, and stay relaxed with your breath, the more you are training yourself to be calm when you have anxious thoughts.

It's a helpful tool. I still meditate, when I was in my early months of PAWS, it was a life saver. Did it twice a day for 30 minutes Certainly not. a cure, but very helpful in keeping me grounded in reality, and helped me not to fall victim to all the terrifying thoughts my brain was conjuring.

You can dim lights, put on some calming music. Get comfortable. Or use a guided meditation on Youtube.

Just start with a 10-20 minute session. I have a yoga background. Deep breathing and connecting with your breath is good all around for your health. So it's a great practice to begin regardless of your PAWS condition.

Update: been working at it for a couple days, at least 30 min per day. It seems to alleviate paws related anxiety and make it more manageable. No improvement in sleep yet, but my nightmares have decreased somewhat as well. Still have uncomfortable spikes in anxiety throughout the day. Will update again soon.
