hi guys .
What is the completest book about hypnosis to use on yourself ?
recently i read Hypnotic Influence book by teppo holmqvist .
i think its so good.
what is your opinion?

He tells you everything you need to know to practice in the medical field, and of course you can adapt that to other purposes, but there's a lot you won't learn from him about non-medical hypnosis. Definitely worth reading though.

It doesn't serve any important purpose, so there aren't really many books devoted to it (Mind Games: The Guide to Inner Space is a good one), but it's a good way to learn.
For hypnotherapy, Elman's book still makes a great introduction, as it teaches you a good induction and shows what hypnosis is capable of, but I think Hypnotic Influence will give you much more technique.
