Hi, how you doing?
I'm progressing well in my process of (assisted) self-healing.
And I've stumbled upon an issue that I couldn't find an answer in the resources at my disposal, maybe you could help me?
I've noticed that I can't commit completely to being or doing something.
It's not really about the problem where I can't keep my declarations of commitment "I'm going to do this exercise program for 30 days!!" (which is still occasionally a problem).
It's more about when I try to do something in the moment, I can't completely commit myself to the moment and be 100% there with who I'm with or whatever I'm doing.
distraction is a problem, but I think It's more that I can't find the "channel" to completely engross myself 100% into what I want to be doing.
I've improved my results by trying to employ my body movement, assisting my commitment to the moment by exaggerating and emphasizing with my body as the situation dictates, for example - if I do breathing exercises then I breath with my entire body hands (to "guide the air in and out"), head(to "help pull the air"), etc - acting like they also in on it.
But I still can't completely achieve presence, and I wish someone here could give me a tip about how can I do it in a better way or if I'm lucky someone who knows how can I practice being 100% into and inside whatever I'm doing.
Thank you and have a nice day!
