Head issues

Postby Longduckdong » Fri Oct 22, 2021 4:12 pm

I am 8 months in and have seen a lot of improvements. Good days and bad days still. Lately I got hit with some headaches that last from morning till night. They are not so debilitating that I cannot function but I hate them. They make wanting to do anything difficult such as watching TV. My head also feels so cloudy as if my head is a bubble. A long with these issues I have been having a lot of tension headaches that last for a long time. I suffer from anxiety but know this might not be the root cause. Anyone have experience with issues like these. I had this feeling in the beginning of my quit but it came back two weeks ago and has been super annoying.

Ya def man. I have been going to the chiropractor and it is helping. I will get the tension headache for like three days in a row bad then it starts to let up a bit. Don't get them constantly but sometime it is super bad. They come in waves like everyone talks about.

How do you tell the difference between tension headaches and others? Is your anxiety telling you these must be non anxiety related? Do you take any analgesics for them?

I am not sure what my anxiety is telling me lol. It's gotten better and sometimes I take medicine and it helps but other times it doesn't. Anxiety, grinding my teether, and stress may all be reasons for my headache but who knows.
