When I'm upset or stressed.....I tend to eat too much and later pass out.....
and when I'm angry......I get a nose bleed and tend to crave sugar and salt......
I usually crave salt and water but never sugar. I hate sugar.
My doctors say I'm "healthy"
I'm not over weight.....I'm actually losing weight.
When I was 10, I used to starve myself because of the comments I get from people around me. Like,"Hey Fatty!" or "you're fat, and ugly."
I admit. I was very chubby back then. Then, middle school started. I was 4.11 and I weigh 60 pounds. I eat as much as I did when I was in middle school. people say I eat too little. but, I can't eat anymore than that amount.
What do I do?
