Loving Yourself Despite your Flaws and Negative Moments

Postby wjs066 » Thu Jul 14, 2016 5:03 am

Hello!
I wanted to ask about low self esteem and loving yourself even despite negative moments and experiences. I have low self esteem and have a hard time loving myself. The problem is because I know myself so well. I see all my flaws and I know all the moments where I messed up, caused a problem, was being stupid, and other such negative moments. For example, recently I had gotten in an argument with my parents regarding something as simple as being able to choose my own car. I felt really bad for making my parents have to deal with my issues. I really want to love myself and better my self esteem but I just can't overlook my flaws and all my negative moments. What should I do?

Thank You for reading my post!

"We all live in a world of thought."

Do a search and read or listen about the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness, Thought; look up Sydney Banks, Michael Neill, George Pransky, and you'll find many others, too.

Accepting that you're not perfect helps. Looking for what's good also helps.
