That of which you are conscious, or where you place your consciousness, is what you experience.

That means god is everywhere I get it.

it is ok to be bored with the typicalness of life, and it is ok to be sad with the world, there is so much BS not to smile about, so I think, and the famous quote goes " A man without a trace of sadness on his face shows that his thoughts are not deep"

That being said, I find one of the ways out of the madness, is..purpose. Without that, someone who over thinks too much, feels too much and is not a puppet by the smoke and mirrors of society, will become very depressed. You must find purpose.

Second, I agree-stating over and over how sad you are, will wear you down. Trust me I know. But imagine if you were dealt a hand that some ppl are dealing with, cancer, loss of vision, limbs, or something like that......your now life, may not seem so bad. Try to keep that in mind each day, breath, tell yourself it isnt so bad, and find purpose. It doesnt have to be what everyone else defines as purpose either. If your purpose is to put on a backpack and wander the country side -go for it....ya know?
