Behavioral therapy courses

It's a problem of motivation, all right? Now if I work my donkey off and Initech ships a few extra units, I don't see another dime, so where's the motivation? Thank you for your reply guys, but this is not for me. I have a business so that's why we needed that. Nobody has psychological problems here.
