I have had eating issues for as long as i can remember, from hiding food, sneaking food, yoyo dieting, with everyone else wondering why it's not coming off, when i know it's the things they don't see that's the problem.
I am only now facing the fact that i have problems, i have known i wasn't looking at food in the right way for some time, but am only now looking to seek help.
I have been ok'd for a counsellor by my GP but need to see if there are other people out there who see the world as i do??
