Affirmations - Create and add your own

Through my withdrawal, and cognitive therapy, I have found affirmations to be the most effective. For example, my therapist and I came up with one the other day that I keep saying to myself, and writing down when I feel anxious:

I give myself permission to be 100% healthy

I know it may sound funny but after 8 years on antidepressants, you get really used to being sick so to speak. I am trying to change that mentally. What are some of your most effective ones? Another one is 'i am calm and relaxed and choose to think only positive thoughts'.

My current favourite's:

I'm over it!


That is, depression all gone. Even during my recent (birthday) upset, I thought of it as a natural reaction under the circumstances, not a setback.
