Tell me everything will be fine if I don't go to work tomorrow erase my resistance to take the decision somehow I can't I have worries of all sorts

Everything will be fine if you don't go to work tomorrow.

You'll have some scary moments, but they'll wake you up from this black hole you've dug your way into. Scary moments mean adventure, and adventure will be what it takes to change your incessantly negative thinking.

Some lovely inspiring posts from quietvoice here. If this wasn't the Light Lounge I'd 'like' them all.

Desperate, don't go to work tomorrow, or the next day, or the day after that, and see what happens. Stay off the internet. Get yourself to all the lovely/interesting places in Istanbul and start talking to people, but without bleating to anyone about your disgusting job, sister, father, or incurable mental condition. Just make contact with other people and let them do the talking. Listen to what's going on for them and respond kindly. Especially, listen to people who understand life is an adventure, and that it's stupid to sit suffering in a bog of misery.

Get out of your comfort zone, desperate. No one can do it for you.

I can't do it. I shouldnt go to work tomorrow but I can't. Adventure sounds nice but there is money problem. Your post makes sense I shouldnt go to work.

The stated affirmation/mantra was taken from the video that D did not want to watch all the way through. The quote, I gather, was taken from Vadim Zeland's writings (Reality Transurfing series of books, translated from Russian).

I get that D has "understanding problems." If that's the case, how can anyone help him, at least on an online forum?

Vadim stated that the mirror does not always reflect back to you exactly in the way the image comes to it ( 2 part mirror - the front we see and the space of variations we cant see )
Then thoughts ONLY ( attitude ) will only bring back more thoughts from mirror - for example
i look into actual mirror - i think a thought - i still see the reflection or maybe at most an facial expression /emotion.
ONLY when i do ACTION does the mirror reflect back RESULTS so ...
start with mental attitude and finish with action.
EITHER ONE BY ITSELF IS INCOMPLETE AND FAILS THE REFLECTION .

Mike C wow great breakdown. I love the ending on emotion and thought and action in the mirror reflection. Action is definitely it. Get off your donkey and move and your world will get off its donkey and move toward you.

For all you complaining out there... this is it. Start creating, start acting, start moving... even if you don’t know your perfect direction... your world will show you but, it won’t show you while on the couch watching Netflix. Word.

You get the mirror concept 100 percent mike. Again, great breakdown.
