hypnosis downloads

I am trying to download a hypnosis session from www.hypnosisdownloads.com and I am having great difficulty. Is there anyone who can help me???

After I finsh making my selection and entering my personal information, and get directed to the check out page-I get a message that "it appears I have not made a selection".
I HAVE made a selection it is right there on the page!!
I have done this as many ways as the site has.
Grrrr... This is not my strong suite, I'll tell you that much!!!

I can't even enter my credit card number-
just personal info and type of credit card-

After I fill in the information I click go to "secure order page" and a message tells me that I have not chosen a selection to go back-
I go back and it is the same thing over and over and over..... :evil:

I've tried it myself and it works flawlessly. The only reason I can think of you get that message is because one or more of the fields on the order form haven't been filled out.

Holy cow- I don't believe it.
I tried it again about 30 minutes ago.
I wonder what I am doing that is indicating
I haven't chosen a download...

Exit everything and shut the pc down. Reboot, reenter the site and repeat the whole procedure.

I tried to copy and paste the page but my personal information did not transfer. Every field is filled out except address line 2.
I give up. :cry:

I rebooted. I must be a flaming imbecile-it's a friggin 3 step process...

Hi,

I had the same problem, tried everything changed settings, begged, asked for tech support, nothing worked. Then, I tried launching IE6 browser instead of using the AOL browser that came with my ISP and it worked like a charm (almost Hypnotic). Guess, the download site doesn't like AOL (can't blame it), so from now on I will just use IE6 for downloads.

Hope this helps, I know the downloads will.
