Find a better life today

Postby jamesGMarsh » Wed Jan 08, 2014 10:46 am

Many foods have had the life supporting nutrients removed so that the high calorie/low nutrient food can sit on a grocery store shelf for months without spoiling. Not to mention all of the synthetic food preservatives and/or hydrogenated oils added to further extend the shelf life of various products. In many cases, our grandparents did not have to cope with the many things that we do.

Food is the primary source of energy. You cannot live without it but this does not mean that you should be eating all you want. You will have cheat days for the times that you feel like it. Follow these as strictly as possible to keep yourself healthy.

I try to only eat whole foods and stear clear of those that are highly processed.
