This can really lead to severe problems. Were you diagnosed as anorexic? I guess it will help if you will tag along a buddy whenever you are eating. This helps, especially if the person you are with is understanding and very patient.

This is really hard to control. However, you will know the next steps that you will have to take only if you calm down. Also, attack the problems one at a time. This will not be easy but you will have to think of the best ways to end it. Be systematic. It never fails.

Fear is always a state of mind. You will be surprised on how funny you look when you remember the days that you are afraid. It is never going to be easy. You will fall on your knees several times but the most important thing is to never give up.

You will just have to work with different routines to get rid of them. Surround yourself with people who will make you feel loved and needed. If possible, see a specialist for this. It will not make you less of a person if you do so.

Do it one step at a time. There are no most efficient ways in quitting bad habits. However, there are different ways on how you can discipline yourself better. You will have to work with a healthier environment. If you can move to a place that will not encourage you to use it, then, do so.
