Defensiveness is a feature of addiction, so I guess being called a troll covers that. I have never trolled anyone on here, just not what I do, but your post could be trolling. You attack people you don't agree with, whereas I try and get people to consider other things. This is offered with no strings and is fine to be ignored. Why don't you try to be more constructive in your reply as I am open to learning and would change my view if shown a better one. Having people confirm your own view is a feature of addiction too... us v them and what do they know hey? Stick together because only we, the real addicts know what's true.

Enough has been said already in this thread and countless others. Nothing new here.

What does a "better view" look like?

What if the different view is a realistic view, but it's not a view that feels so good to see as the view one currently holds?

Yet you opened the thread again with your comment? Maybe it's because I didn't talk about suffering and the years of PAWS you state are waiting for people who quit?

I didn’t open the thread again with my comment. Perhaps you still have some paws symptoms and are just in denial. Read more carefully. I also didn’t state years of symptoms so nice fallacy there. It’s known that paws CAN take years as much as you’re delusional to deny it. Nice try though. Typical troll behaviour.

My apologies. It was foggy noggin on 17th, so I didn't see that. However, you still attacked myself and Candid because we have a different view it seems..

As for this:
It’s normal and PAWS but the only way you’ll really know is to see in 2-3 years. I’m in the same boat. It sucks but what can you do.

This is you isn't it? Why would it take that long? Can you see how that might make people despair a little, especially if they're struggling early doors? Positivity is better not that kind of advice... that's just an opinion before you start accusing again.

I didn’t attack a different view. I attacked trolling and being completely out to lunch.

If you read their post (still foggy or just really long paws?) you would see they have compounding variables including other drug/medication use.

I suggest you actually research some science behind what PAWS actually really is, and I’m not just talking cannabis. You must have been really shitty at your addiction job, or perhaps stick to actual addiction that is psychological and not PAWS. Seems like amateur hour at your end. Might want to pay better attention because attention seems to be the only real reason why you are even here. Pathetic really.

How strange that all the doctors people visit to get checked out and the plethora of tests they have, all come back as negative or NAD... How can this be when it's supposed to be science backed, yet the doctors haven't heard of it. Dr Google will offer anything you want. From what I have read on here on various threads are pre conditions of anxiety, underlying anxiety or other psychological issues which PAWS fits like a glove, keeps people fixated on their symptoms, of which many are symptoms of anxiety, tension, panic... headaches, backache, can't sleep, concentrate, focus etc.. as I say, feel free to skim past anything I post. You don't know me, yet you can rate me as an addiction specialist nurse... many have found my advice/suggestions helpful, but you won't have seen those because they don't count... just focus on how you feel, think and act because this scientific evidenced PAWS is a killer man...it must be true.

And these conditions just magically vanish at anywhere between a few months and a few years! Wow! Science rules! No, you have no clue what PAWS is and you’re an attention whore in absolute denial and delusion and shouldn’t even be on this forum. Especially when you’re not even dealing with something that you think is all in the head. You’re whacked and help nobody. I’m done with you, keep trolling though since that’s what you’re best at. Seriously, what kind of idiot doesn’t think that bombarding the brain with thc doesn’t affect neurotransmitters like serotonin dopamine gaba etc Nevermind everywhere else in the bodies endocannabiniod receptors????? And then think paws is all in the mind when metabolites are stored in adipose tissues that can take 6+ months to clean out which is when people start to feel more human. An idiot or a troll that’s who! Pathetic again.

Like most weed smokers, I've met hundreds of other smokers. Of which I have never known anyone who had PAWS when they quit. They had the usual vivid dreams, some irritability because of cravings, some developed apathy because they had a lot of time to fill now they didn't smoke. After a week or so they felt ok, barr the cravings, reminiscing about being stoned. I never met anyone in Amsterdam that had this PAWS, which is a bit strange seeing as it was the capital of weed smoking... I agree we are all different and we will be effected differently, yet you can't accept that people don't get PAWS, suffer for months or years, have every symptom going, they just stopped smoking weed and lived happily ever after... are they all lying, denying? You keep attacking because it will make you feel righteous and I'm ok with that. I moved on, feel good, have no regrets, no brain damage, no lasting symptoms and life's good. Despite your suggestion I will continue to post because A, I can, B it has helped others according to their own testimony..... you feel free to do your journey with no end in sight.

This forum is for people suffering, not quit and are happy and move on. You think they need you to tell them that it’s all in their head? This kind of thinking makes people think they are nuts and kill themselves! Meanwhile like I said there are real physiological processes going on in paws that is happening whether you believe it or not. Nothing to do with “cravings” or a little insomnia or apathy, but real neurochemical imbalances like the OP explained perfectly that you sh** on. Bug off buddy, you’re a troll and attention seeker that is useless for this forum.

Surely people who have quit and moved on are better for those going through it? We prove it can be done, you can be happy and move on with your life... or, they can continue feeling it's never ending, damaged them and when will their suffering end? According to you best check in 2-3 years... WTF?? and yet, I'm the troll??

Not only are you a troll, but you obviously have some reading comprehension issues when I already addressed that (hint, OTHER medications involved as well as mental health issues). There needs to be a period of full sobriety to determine if there is an underlying mental health issue, which typically in paws is 2-3 years. Man now you’re just sounding stupid, but keep burying yourself since you need to have the last word which ties into your troll and attention seeking mental health problems. This is a great thread and you had to jump in and stick your troll nose in it, just like you did on the OP!!!! Omg! So pathetic!!
