First, then (1) you don't need [FAST HELP] and (2) your life is not in danger.
Second, if you don't like all the negative things people say, but only certain days of the month, the solution is not self-hypnosis. The solution is to (1) listen to the negativity and then (2) use your mind to decide how to handle the negativity.
To handle the negativity you get to decide:
(1) Is the negativity correct? Is what they are saying true, or true enough that maybe you should change?
(2) Is the negativity not correct? If so, you can dismiss it.
People often seek easy solutions to their problems. Like a person suffering from being overweight, they want a magic pill they can take. They don't want to face the hard work, they don't want to face life.
With mental issues, we often see the same thing. A person doesn't like what others say, so like a pill they want to "hypnosis" away the problem, instead of putting in the hard work of learning how to work through the issue.
