Y'know, I went about 2 or more weeks without eating very much recently. I would eat one big meal and nothing after that for the rest of the day except for maybe a snack and a coffee drink. Then in the second week I wasn't eating much meat. I became malnourished and felt like I lost quite a bit of weight, even though my body looked about the same. I don't remember feeling anxiety during that time; I just didn't feel very hungry.

And then later on I noticed that I didn't have much of a libido. I could still get aroused, but not as much as I normally can.

If your loss of appetite and libido is caused from your anxiety, then I'd suggest treating that first. Once the anxiety is gone, your appetite will increase, and then your libido will come back.
