I reckon it's different for different people.

I've never had a fear or public speaking, but doing a bungee jump or making cold sales calls is very scary for me!

In Australia, you need to be scared of Spiders!

It's actually one of the things I enjoy most. We're all different though, and that's what makes life interesting, right?
