Hee hee!
Tomorrow it's monday, vacation is over, and the daily routines begin again.
BUT: not all the daily routines. Tomorrow is the day, that I wanna quick with all that eating. I'm 16 years old, and I want to loose 10 kilo / 22 pounds.
I'm so done with my body. I want to feel good again.
I'm practicing the zumba twice a week and I really enjoy doing it.
When I get up in the morning I'm motavited because I only eat cereals or a sandwich, but when I come home I only want to eat candies and cookies.
My last 'diet' I carried on for 4 weeks. After that, I grabbed a lot of cookies and candies again. I can't call it a diet, because I don't like diets. I just want to eat well, and loose some wight, without a planned scedule.
Planned diets is also expensive.
Now I need some advice how I can make this work out.
Has anyone a tip how I can make this work? How can I hang on for more then 4 weeks?
Please help!!
