I would like to do it so much. I and my mother will make a holiday in such a place in a fee weeks. I'm afraid to do it alone.

Who knows? But however long she lives, you need to be independent and getting much more out of life than you are now.

My life is a disaster I'm telling therapist I'm afraid to do things they still tend to think I don't need therapy I say I trick them they don't understand.

I don't know I haven't seen much benefit in a month. She said 2 3 months needed but at the last session seemed bored as if there isn't much to cure

Or maybe she's incompetent. Sounds as if you need to challenge her next time you see her.
