Self-hypnosis for Belonephobia (fear of needles)

Hopefully someone can give you some advice on self hypnosis materials. I am interested to know what you hope to achieve using self hypnosis?

However have you considered going to see a hypnotherapist and getting rid of the phobia completely rather than just coping with it? Phobias can be dealt with quickly and completely using hypnosis and NLP.
