does what i describe mean i have an eating disorder?
my weights always zig zagging, i was 220 lbns then 300 then 230 and now im 250, every day i start off the day saying this is day one of a new diet, but by night time i hav eno control and im just going to a fast food place to get junk food and stop thinkin about it. this has been happening for 5 yrs, and nothing i seem to do works, i am always struggling with it and no matter how hard i say i will not eat bad today, i find myself in the car to go get pizza or this or that. so do I have some kind of eating idsorder?
