So about 10 days back I met a woman online from Germany. She was quick to give me her whatsapp number on the same day and she made a Whatsapp video call to me and I was able to see in the video call that its the same person as her profile pics on the website. We spoke for nearly about 2 hours. Also her number is a German cell phone number with +49 country code.
I want to know If Its really the same girl I am talking to? I am a bit paranoid after reading about these Nigerian romance scams. Can a whatsapp video call be faked?
Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks!

Stop trying to date women over the Internet. It only causes you problems. Focus on things in life other than getting laid or chatting up women.
If you spoke to her for 2 hours and can’t determine if it was fake, you need to seek out other ways to find happiness in life.
