I have recently been reading/listening to the free introduction to the Depression Learning Path on here and it has totally turned my knowledge of Depression on its head. Have I really been on anti depressants for 15 years for nothing? Probably not as my depression caused the chemical imbalance not resulted from it. So I guess they do something to rebalance things. I really want to take this all in but the place I am in, in my head, makes it hard to accept and adjust. After believing for all these years that my Major Depressive Disorder is a result of low neuro transmitters it is the reason they are low and the cycle begins
It really is a revelation but one that will take me time to absorb and I like the fact that you get the whole first session free not like some other self help programs which lead you up to the important bit, get your hopes up then ask for the money to continue. And lots of it sometimes. I will definitely be buying into the complete course when I get my pay and the 3 month payment option is brilliant for me.
