PAWS timeline so far

Just here to check in and see how everyone else is doing and where their progress. This is a timeline of me coming off Meth and other drugs.
1st Month: Went into a brief psychosis that lasted a day or so. Felt like I was going crazy. Had nightmares during the first week. Dealt with fatigue. Constantly tired. I sleep for like 12 hours a day. Deal with brain fog on daily basis but it doesn't bother me as much. Some confidence comes back. I think I'm starting recover little by little. My social skills are almost coming back. Got some of my sense of humor back. I think I might be ok. Starting to feel better without drugs. I think I'm heading in the right direction *bang!*
Month 2: I've hit a wall. Anxiety and self doubt start kicking in. Brain starts to get foggier. Having some suicidal thoughts. Some major depression starts happening. My self esteem becomes low again. I get agitated a lot more and more irritable than usual too. Can't take a joke at all. Life starts to feeling boring. Nothing excites me at all. Starting to have intense cravings. I start having insomnia when I don't take my antipsychotics. Constantly wake up at least two times in the middle of the night. Feel mentally tired but not physically tired. I don't have as much difficulty getting up in the morning as the 1st month.. Some days are a little better than others. Top worst symptoms are brain fog, anxiety, and depression. Anxiety starts to lessen. However there's still some depressed mood. I don't know what else. Still having cravings not as intense.

Currently starting out Month 3. Nothing new has happened so far but will keep updating as each month ends. Thank you for reading. How you guys been though?
