I'm very anxious today too. There is even physical distress. I can't work. What does tortured animal videos have related to my anxiety?

Farmed animals have no choice. You do have a choice. For years you've been choosing not to choose. You're here every day begging someone to help you.

HELP YOURSELF! Be strong, be a man, make decisions about the rest of your life. You're only half-way through. You're in your prime. Will you go on complaining for the second half, or will you say "Enough!" and start doing things differently, noticing the suffering of others and doing what you can to help?

Februscary!

"Let's oppose the sexual abuse of sentient animals" indeed.

Matey, I've been through that myself. I agree it messes up your head, and the way you relate to people, but you can still find your way if you want to. Start by thinking what you'd like to do and what you'd like to have, also who you'd like to be.

I know you'd like a partner, and I hope you understand that no woman (or man either, for that matter) wants to be around someone who complains about every aspect of his life yet has no intention of doing anything about it.

Find that intention. It's vital.

Thank you candid you are nice. I actually want to change but worries and anxiety so strong I sometimes think changing is impossible. First I must find a job that I enjoy and that is less stressful then I may find a partner. I have sexual problems no desire at all that's a major part of my problems.

Yes, but... You play this game all the time. Turns out you're a hidden saboteur.

We can define the “Yes, but… people” as “hidden saboteurs”. Their favorite sport is introducing obstacles. They are keen on making up excuses.

I remember a case where I was trying with all my energy to move a business conversation with a colleague forward but all my efforts were useless. The situation was completely stuck and I felt so frustrated about it! I tried everything: asking her solutions, involving her in the decision making process, proposing my own solutions, asking for external advice and moving to other issues. Nothing doing. The only thing I got was “Yes, but…”.

Eventually, I realized she was resistant on doing anything new or different and she was simply refusing to move anywhere.

Enough about your lack of sexual desire. No one cares. Start making some decisions.

It's obvious that I'm a sabetour even I can understand that I subconsciously enjoy suffering when I want to enjoy life so much consciously. The problem is what can be done?

How about make a decision and stick to it?

If you choose to enjoy suffering, shut up about it.
