Actually starving yourself is part of the way to do it.
When you first cut down your food intake, starving is what it will feel like.
Enjoy your stomach rumblings -- your burning fat !!
Get addicted to that feeling!!
Starve yourself thin !!!
Here's the good news though. Eating sensibly, (hat is, you are not really going to starve yourself) you are simply eating a whole lot LESS.
1. Cut Out -- Bread, Margarine (and use butter in future), and Potatoes.
2. Eat whatever else you like. Cakes, Doughnuts, Potato Chips (cheap brand just potato and veg oil, but not too often), kebebs, pizza, candy bars, sugar -- no worries. Enjoy ! (don't forget to eat some fruit & veg)
3. Remember you are cutting down, starve as much a s possible, do not eat any foods listed in rule 1, and then eat a whole kebab ++ the pizza if you like
Trust me it works.
(I'm a formerly 16 stone, now consistently 11 stone-ish, Male with weight problems in the past)
Remember, NO Bread, NO Potatoes, NO Margarine !
Cheese, Milk, Suagr, it's all ok.
Just remember to Starve occassionally, and get addicted to getting THIN .

h I almost forgot.
Eating after drinking alcohol -- the body does not burn the fat before it has coped with the booze. Alcohol calories ++ food calories == not good.
Fizzy drinks. The worst offender. Avoid.
