6 months and 21 days question

hello everyone I am now 6 months and 21 days clean it is going reasonably well the muscle twitching I experienced has really gone to minimal the anxiety is clearing up but something I am worried about is the headache and I have problems with my back neck and shoulders and am suff tired is that normal with paws would love to hear from you guys

Im only at 4 months now. Headaches have eased. But tinnitus, balance, brain fog hasnt so its all very much neuro related inflammation still. Sore neck at the base of the skull.
