Raw food diet diary

Postby desperate788 » Mon Dec 24, 2018 2:23 pm

This is the day one. I ate so far pineapples bananas tangerine green salad and two little onions. It's not easy cooked food seems so attractive. We will see how many days I will be able to stick to diet. My boring life became more boring without tasty food. I just wonder if I will see some mental health benefits. My performance at work is simply zero. I'm so lethargic and anxious. May there be a relation between anxiety I wonder that too.

This is the biggest hurdle to getting started. You need to keep busy with healthful activities and keep your eye on the main prize, which is feeling better, having more confidence, being able to do more interesting things so that eating and drinking junk no longer looks like the best way to pass your time.

It's very hard to apply full raw food diet. I will be on %80 . Sometimes tasty food.

I watched a bit. Do you imply I must eat something? There aren't many options around except meat products.

Why not write a list of recommended foods to eat? This is mostly quietvoice's area though.

I heartily recommend it. A desperate788 does not live by orange juice alone.

I believe the idea is to stick to the juices of fresh raw fruits and vegetables, in order to lose excess weight and get all your internal organs working properly, giving you so much more energy and optimism.

It isn't a life sentence. You do it for as long or as short a time as you like. Right now you can tell yourself you'll get to a better-feeling place and then mix it up with occasional blow-outs on fried chicken and chips or whatever floats your boat.

However, depending on how rotten life feels before you get started, you're guaranteed a couple of tough days when you want to give it up. This is because as soon as you get properly started, all the junk in your body mobilizes to be eliminated. It's a good process, but it feels like hell at the time, and it takes a lot of courage to get yourself through it.

If you can stick it long enough to feel the benefits, eventually you'll develop a dislike for junk foods and wonder why you ever thought a greasy hamburger was a 'treat'.

This is an exciting time for you, desperate. I'm really hoping and praying you can turn your life around.

As a start I will do juicing for ten days. Just juices. I really need energy and optimism. It sounds good I can eat other things after period of juicing. The guy at movie says he has a balanced diet after juicing.
