Need your expert opinion guys, this one's for my thesis!

Good day to you all,

I'd just like to ask if I can utilize the Hennesy Hicks Training Needs Analysis questionnaire for my Industrial Psych related thesis? I did some research and found out that the mentioned questionnaire is for WHO purposes (as far as I know). I know to some this might be a weird question but I would just like to be very very sure if I can customize the content of this questionnaire. That is all thank you guys!

Can you? The answer to can will be determined by your thesis chair. Get their approval and you are golden. Remember, publishing a thesis more political than scientific.

The above stated, I would see no reason why a training needs analysis questionnaire would not apply to an Industrial Psych thesis. It just depends on what psych aspect you want to apply to the assessment.
