Anxiety Conference UK

Hi Folks,

I was invited to a conference taking place in November in Manchester UK. I have posted some details on my website www.becomeyourself.org

From what I have heard of one of the organisers it promises to be the event of the year for sufferers, carers and family of anyone who suffers an anxiety related disorder.

Lots of intelligent sounding people will be speaking and there are workshops planned to help anyone who attends.

Just thought I would pass this info on for anyone who may find it useful.
