Postby emperor850 » Sun Aug 07, 2005 3:33 am

I was once very calm about a year and a half ago, and now i seem to be very easily ticked off. My friends are scared of my anger fits. I get angry from little things. And my girlfriend never helps. I often get angry at her also because of her sarcasm. I get emotionally angry and kind of bottle it but not completely. I will often get depressed days at a time. It creates anxiety and i have a constant need to want to fight kids. THis is becoming a very big problem i really need help. please comment back im me or something. I need a sloution.

SOme people are very good at triggering angry reations. It is not your girlefriend's fault of course that you get angry but perhaps you should talk together about how you argue.

There are certain things that you both really ought to avoid. There is quite a good article on the Uncommon Knowledge site - I will look it up and post it for you.

Also, I was wondering if there are things in your life that are making you stressed out or concerned and thus more prone to get angry more easily.

Thank you for your advice, i am very glad you responded. I like the article that you gave me. I usually do not have specific things that get me stressed. Usually school, and anger itself gets me stressed. I get sad and stuff when i think of my anger and how i sometimes cannot control it.
