Over thinking with anxiety panic

Im trying to keep active and busy and doing all the things I can. What's ways others cope with there stress on top of there anxiety panic disorder mornings are the worst for me with anxiety. I know its life and ive got to go through it any advice on relaxation be appreciated.

Try to actively relax through walking, taking hot tubs and going to a spa.

Nice I love taking hot tubs it indeed give me somehow that erlaxation. Do you prefer using pepermind or lavender? I am just curious!

I tried and sometime being in a state of a nice well being helps. Thanks for the advise. I also would like to cope by getting some therapy. I learned this after I read this article. https://www.covid19treatmentguidelines. ... anagement/

I tried walking for 3-4miles a day. How many miles is better for starters like me.

I learn to put a stop to anxious thoughts and break free of excessive worry. Anxiety disorder that involves tension, nervousness, and a general feeling of is harmful, that it's going to drive you crazy or affect your physical health. Or you may worry that you're going to lose all control over your worrying.

Honesty within myself helped me greatly too. I feel happy that I'm starting to get better.
