You were and are living too much in your head. Stay off your phone, tv and pc for a month. Walk and sport a lot. Until the point, you feel more mentally stable.

Try to actively relax through walking, taking hot tubs and going to a spa.

Don't you think that you are cured because you have abstained from the substance for 2.5 years now?
