I've recently become aware that when I eat highly sugared things I'm going to have panic attacks when I get into bed at night. Really, not a good time.
Husband gave me a whole bar of halva while we were watching TV last night (however he did not unwrap it, much less force it down my throat) and I was in a real mess. First it felt like a stray hair was tickling my nose, then when I established that no such hair was present the Thing in my gut started up.
Took another dose of my anti-anxiety stuff and sat up reading half the night. Again. This kind of disturbance is not good for either of us, and it's become a regular occurrence.
Thanks for mentioning sodium. Must say I don't mind a liberal dose with eggs.
NTS: Tell husband to stop trying to make little wifey fatter than she already is. I'm onto him.
