Should I work?

Today I'm in a better mood feeling like I can work something that hasn't happened for months there are many works pending and that's a major stress for me but if I work other problems may emerge that will damage my mental health. What say you should I work?

I say if you feel like you can work, do it. I'm not clear on what's going on for you, though. Is it that you gave up your job and are now wondering whether to go back? In what way does working mess with your mental health?

I lost the motivation to work now there is still some though better than days before as I haven't worked for a long time the situation is mess I mean there are lots of things to do there are time restrictions there are sensitive works. I haven't left my job I just don't work coming to office without doing anything I'm afraid of disciplinary action or even much worse action. Working may impair my mental health further because im already mentally impaired at concentration attention and memory andI'm not relaxed that makes working like a torture.I think i must lay and rest all day at bed but i have to work.

I told the doctor that I couldn't work he hasn't put emphasis on that anyways I don't like doctors what a doctor will do the problem is beyond doc meds indeed I'm on lows works seem so diffucult to do like a black cloud

I want to be happy and healthy so much as a reflection post positive stuff at board but it's always depression anxiety worries problems

What sort of things do you think about when you're depressed or anxious or worrying?

My main worry is to be put to prison lately even very small probability makes me worry about that also losing my job and being have to live my parents makes me worry depression is a state feelings of hopelessness losing the faith to have a bright happy future like today simple things seems very hard to accomplish anxiety and worries seem same these are all a whole it'd my disease

What makes you think you might go to prison? What have you done?

You've been with the tax office for a long time. Why do you think you might lose your job?

It's generally work related there are sensitive works those may create a problem I haven't done them on their time still can't do

What happened, desperate? Did you have a promotion you can't handle, or were they dumping too much work on you?

No promotion it's usual works they must be done in legal time and that time passed for nearly all of them that's why I worry
