Try Ayurveda to improve your relationship to food

Postby dav1307 » Tue Aug 25, 2020 7:55 pm

I suggest trying out Ayurveda. It's a traditional medicine approach from India. It's based on many generations of practitioners. They have great ways of going about eating, especially choosing the rights foods for the time of year.

Maybe google it to learn the basics. Or find an Ayurvedic counselor near to for a consultation.

It definitely is possible to have a great relationship to food!

There are cookbooks with Ayurveda recipes available. Maybe check your local source for books.
