I decided to resign from my job but that will make my mother very upset I don't know what to do now

As stated there is no substance, therapy and anything else to cure me that means as I can't resign my terrible suffering will go on its like hell on earth

I'm struggling for a decade there is no improvement same depressed anxious idiot I am I can't see any change for the next decade with this job my only hope seems to get insane to get rid of this job but I can't quit drugs I can't see any solution hope for me all I see is more suffering

Mine is not complaining being pessimist due to evidence. No one including my mother is helping me you know how terrible I suffer but you don't help me too

I sometimes think only death can save me.
