Extremely Sensitive

Postby vanilla sunshine » Mon Mar 18, 2013 2:10 am

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site.
well I have a problem where I cry and get emotional way too often. it's over the silliest things too, I can't even explain why I cry, I just do. I also hate it when people see me cry. when I start crying, it doesn't stop for a while and whenever I think of it I just cry more.
I need help, how can I not be so sensitive?
thanks everyone.

These are signs of depression that can not be treated by talk-therapy. The mainn illness triggering depression in people is hypoglycemia. This is a common "silent" disease that causes the body to over-produce stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol that are responsible mood disorders. This can be treated by going on a Hypoglycemic Diet.

Maybe you have to talk to someone who is specialised in this problem. But I can tell you that you have to believe in yourself and don't sorry for what you are. Everyone is unique and different and has differen way to express itself.
