I don't think im eating properly and have a feeling it has been adding to my anxiety.
I don't eat enough, Im supposed to eat 6 times a day from a past problem with Gastro Oesophagael reflux....but I still dont feel the wounders of vitimin tablets yet. I shake somtimes when im rather anxious...find it hard to relax...have many different psychological problems that Im working my way into slowly.
But breaking this current cycle of anxiety is a real task. Ive eat 3 white breaded buttered slices of toast this morning...my girlfriend said it shouldn't matter what I eat who cares. I dont want to loose her...I dont want to be a cook and just look on the back of every RUDDY packet of food I buy.
My friends havent helped. warning me of different chemicals in certain foods.
Gahh I need help..guidence into a good plan to help with the foods I need. I eat anything. Theres nothing I wont try. So with that info...HELP PLEASE
