New to not eating..need guidence ?

Hi

Im elly :oops:

I don't think im eating properly and have a feeling it has been adding to my anxiety.

I don't eat enough, Im supposed to eat 6 times a day from a past problem with Gastro Oesophagael reflux....but I still dont feel the wounders of vitimin tablets yet. I shake somtimes when im rather anxious...find it hard to relax...have many different psychological problems that Im working my way into slowly.

But breaking this current cycle of anxiety is a real task. Ive eat 3 white breaded buttered slices of toast this morning...my girlfriend said it shouldn't matter what I eat who cares. I dont want to loose her...I dont want to be a cook and just look on the back of every RUDDY packet of food I buy.

My friends havent helped. warning me of different chemicals in certain foods.
Gahh I need help..guidence into a good plan to help with the foods I need. I eat anything. Theres nothing I wont try. So with that info...HELP PLEASE

You get the shakes, you have anxiety and psych issues, you need to eat frequently... this all points to a blood sugar problem. Have you been teated for hypoglycemia? There's a fellow around here, Jurplesman, who has all sorts of insight into this sort of thing.

Also food allergies and environmental sensitivities come to mind.

I realy have the feeling you have a psysiological soomething going on. Wish I could help more.

The psych problems are more, anxiety, nervous at times sweat alot, unwanted thoughts that circle...and basically carrying a really negative attitude based on family things I think. But My girfriend noticed a eating habbit.....I don't eat at home..I only eat when shes putting it on a plate for me...or when her mum does dinner of an evening...so Im spending amazing amounts of time with her.

Hi Elly_K,
Do start some exercise, any physical activity or sports.
It will not only increase your appetite but help in sleep also. Exercise prevents you from many major illness.

It's good to see a fresh poster

Yes I did this before and I slept like a baby..I guess I forgott about exercise.
I will start exercise..maybe a solid 30 mins a day at one activity to start slow.
I have a bench press in my room :)

I will create a plan and let you know how I get on.

Well I had been with her since the 10/10/10 and it progressivly grew since there I guess. I will note, I had a full time job just before in which I'd binge at mcdonalds constantly of an evening becuase I never was at home becuase of work. Ive been unemployed ever since. And we just got back together but shes now depressed and in a similar poosition as me, I find it hard to deal with as I find I have major issues, I never expected her to take a turn for the worst?

Never have I ever done that. :) If one serching for answers in hope that he or she will recieve hope from what they hear, they why would they never reply. I guess most are just looking for a quick fix if that be the case. :)

u know how u say that u started eating like that on a specific day and have been doing it since??
well i got food poisoning about 2 months ago and after that i didn't eat for just one day. i felt surprisingly good and now i cant stop doing it. i used to have 6 large meals a day, unhealthy meals most of hte time. but now i eat a slice of toast and an apple a day and if i eat any more i feel disgusting. most of my food i just go out and chuck away in public bins.

it's so weird how it can happen so suddenly. do u understand it? cuz it's not like i chose to not eat, i just can't. if i eat more, i get real sick

Hi Elly_K,
I agree with Errole that use any physical activity and drink at least 12 glass of water. It will increase your metabolic system and helps you in getting better sleep also.
Do start with 30 minutes cardio and increase your time and distance gradually.
