2.Increase the Number of Meals
3.Include Smarter Foods In Your Diet
4.Consume lots of Proteins
5.Eat Lots of snacks

i hope you have to take a good diet plan which can helpful for the weigh gaining products.. you should take heavy diet and take healthy food it all will help you for this purpose.

Just keep your current diet. Now the trick to adding weight is very simple. Always have snacks close by. Just add the snacks to your tv use. It will happen slowly but surely.

Don't use any weight gain pills for weight gaining, weight gain pills are not good for health, they disturb the health and lead to various diseases. They have no long term benefits for the weight gain. Always take healthy and balanced foods, take more protein, and do exercises regularly for gaining your weight and muscles.

The other important point that seems to have been missed is make sure you sleep enough. Lack of sleep has a big impact on muscle wastage and the ability to build and keep on muscle

Well It is very rare that people want to gain weight in comparison with those who want to lose which have higher rate . Moreover, people are more concerned with losing weight but as you know gaining weight is also important for those who are physically weak , So they need to eat foods which have more fiber and carbohydrates in them . They should eat more junk foods which are not considered healthy food for our body .
