upset anxiety

Hello I hope you are having a good new years day. A few minutes ago on YouTube I saw something very innapropriate as a thumbnail. I don't know if it was real but I'm very upset about seeing it. I am only 13 and really shouldn't be seeing this but really its not my fault. That is not the big issue though the big issue is that there is something that I do that I don't really want to where if something bad happens that is unlinked to a good thing I link them. Please help
