well in total, today i had 5 cups of tea and 5 coffees... so it's a draw.. let the battle continue tomorrow...

had my first cup of tea, so the score is:

Tea 6 - Coffee 5

Tea takes the lead in typical fashion, but i feel Coffee has something up it's sleeve and preparing to launch a comeback..

I try to drink decaf tee as well as decaf coffee .As with the sweetners it tastes pretty crap I go for herbal cammomile tee.

I'm trying to wean myself off of tea at the moment, no mean feat for a confrimed tea-addict! Instead, I'm drinking rooibos tea. It's lovely! No caffeine, low tanins & high in antioxidants! Recommended to anyone!

Ok, ok, I'll stop before I begin to sound like an advertisement!!! :wink:

Can you elaborate more on this as i have been trying to search for an alternative for a while now. For example, is this product easily available or only online? I did a search on this, and i quite like sound of cinnamon apple.
