I am at 6 months man and right there with you. I smoked 15 years with little to no breaks. Been struggling with even knowing how my body feels on a norm day. The slightest uncomfortable feeling make me panic and the symptoms so much worse. I am glad to hear you are doing better. I am at about the same percentages. Each day I have good hours and bad hours but compared to month 1-4 my symptoms are not constant.
