What's your resting pulse and overall physical condition? If you are normally not very active your cardiovascular efficiency will decline. Less oxygenation and energy. To address that issue, you need to get fitter. Jogging for 10 minutes on grass to start. Or cycling. The level can be increased over time. I found I now no longer sleep all day and my nightime leg numbness has gone. So, better circulation. The secret is not to do too much but work up. One day on, one day rest.
