There is not enough information.

My work domain is soccer. On my team there are 11 people. Each one have different character. Please reply, how can I manage my team?

I can give you very generic advice. Place the right person in the right role. In soccer one person needs to be the goal keeper, then you need defenders, mid fielders, forwards, etc. I would take my 11 people and figure out which would be the best goalie, etc.

My question is also that. How can I find the right person for the right job?
I conduct personality test for all. But that result is not enough for me.

How would you find the right goalie? You don't use astrology or personality tests. You put them in the net and have the other players kick the ball and try to score.
