I'm with you. I hate supermarkets, so I have a list and get in and out as fast as I can.

It's lovely to have play money to spend on anything that takes your fancy. Did you go? What were you thinking of buying?

Ok marketon fast..Some healthy food. I'm at car now about to start the way to market. Thought of shopping excited this bored self of mine but couldn't think of anything to buy that's why I asked maybe my money in my pocket better

Yes. When you're not in shopping mode you can end up buying things you don't like.

Far better to wander around looking at stuff without intending to buy. Puts you among people and gets you out of home.

I thought spending time may worsen my situation and haven't browsed shops now I think maybe I should to battle boredom
